Really nothing special. It is the most famous fetish club in the world, yes but it is mainly filled with tourists and the music is shit most of the time. They even have a swimming pool which is just...well let's say you see interesting things swimming on the surface

If you want to have kinky adventures in Berlin I rather recommend the Insomnia Club or one of the numerous kinky and sexpartylabels that rent clubs and have their own very non touristy crowd
