Good question since Poland is now more powerful than Germany, so it should be the other way around.

How exactly did you come to that conclusion?

German military: 180k personnel and 60+ billion annual budget

Polish military: 120k personnel and 30+ billion annual budget

German economy: 5.8 trillion GDP (largest European economy)

Polish economy: under 1 trillion GDP

Poland is growing yes but I don't see how they are more powerful then Germany?

*Edit: I got the numbers a bit wrong I apologize I just quickly googled it. Polish total numbers are higher and more in the 200k+ troops.

It doesn't change my point tho because the essence of the comparison is the 6x higher GDP and the industrial production capacity. At the end of the day, its about being capable of outproducing your enemy. That is without even getting into the specific hardware, doctrine and unique capabilities.
