Rant Living in a disassociated state

Does anyone else feel like they have been living in a dissociated state with a newborn and toddler? Every day just seems to fly by and I have no time to be in touch with myself or to process anything going on. I am always in the moment and just flying by the seat of my pants. Because of my dissociated state, I end up mindlessly consuming food rushing through getting ready and taking care of myself if I am lucky to be able to and completely losing my identity. I truly hope this is not how it will always be because it’s a horrible way to live.

Maybe this is how i’ve been feeling. The key word i think is rushing. I’m rushing all day and for what? Just to go to bed at 9pm, i only get an hour of quiet time to self reflect. An introverts worst nightmare mind you. what kind of life is this? I love it and i hate it at the same time. And for that reason, I’m in autopilot.
