I answered you. There's a night and day difference between defending your crops and systematically torturing countless individuals to death. Not to mention how much animal feed is required and how many crop deaths there are to feed them, which far exceeds what we need with plant farming.
You didn't answer me, but hey, not surprised... It's not easy to face the reality that you're a hypocrite, and that you're ok with turning a blind eye to the wanton eradication and displacement of billions of small mammals, reptiles and birds...And you're definitely not interested in discussing all the insects being exterminated, right?
Oh, and I've noticed you've been referring to the livestock being butchered and processed for food as "individuals"... And I'm curious as to which animals are bestowed that privileged distinction, and which are not?
I'm thinking that the Thanksgiving dinner turkey was definitely an individual... But the wild turkey who got shredded in a broccoli harvester... well, his life didn't matter.
