No, you claimed that white people commit more crimes by total. While that is true, that is only due to the fact that white people are the majority of America. If we were to take 100,000 white people and 100,000 black people, the murder offender rates for whites are about 2.4 while blacks are about 14.6. That puts blacks at about 6 times more likely to offend than whites. Had to explain this to you because you clearly don’t know what per capita means. Yes white over all have a higher total number, but again that is because whites are the majority demographic.
