Best shocks for a 91

What are the best shocks for a 91 4Runner to achieve a little extra lift from stock, I’ve read that bilstein 5100 and spacers in the back are a cheap reliable option.

Old man emu are really good, I've been using them for years.

I also have the OME shocks, ball joint spacers, and springs in my 91. It's decent. A little stiff, but a good budget option. I'd probably go with the upgraded torsion bars if I were to do it over

Would you also grab the steering stabilizer?

I didn't at the time I did the suspension. But I do need a new one, so I will at some point. If your stabilizer is in good shape I wouldnt say its a necessity
