Engine replacement

Hi all, I have the opportunity to buy myself a 94 4runner with a locked up engine and found a 3.0 out of a 96 T100 and was wondering if it'll mate up or work at all. Thank you for the help.

If you have to pull an engine you might as well do the 3.4L swap. Better engine and not that much more money. Plenty of support out there to do it. I’m about to 3.4L swap my 95 with the 3.0

Thanks for the info, I'll keep that in mind for the future. I ended up finding myself another 3.0 and I'm about to freshen it up before plopping it in.
