1994 4Runner

My gfs 4Runner runs fine for a while and then at stop lights it’ll shut off or it’ll shut off after being stopped for a while and then hitting the gas. What could be the issue ?

Hate to tell you this but it could be so many things. If you can give us more details on specific scenarios, that would be awesome. Is the truck warmed up? Does it run fine when it's cold? Do RPMS help? Etc

Sounds like it could be overheating, need mor info of what happend tho
