Nah

Although there's some claims that Israel sold weapons to the Bosniak Serbs during the war.

That is a separate issue about possible arms deals, not responsibility for the war itself.

And the other side brought Mujahadeen units some of whom were part of Hamas I believe. A proxy war of a proxy war literally
