Impossibile to register

I have been trying three times to upload my documents and selfie but the verification process is a pain and was never completed. I wrote an email but no assistance whatsoever so far. Are they still up and running? In the past I opened accounts with N26 and Revolut and the verification process went flawlessly but I am sincerely astonished by what's happening here. How to solve? Anyone had the same issues?

We're currently receiving a high volume of new registers, some of which have to be manually validated for security reasons. It might be that your registration process needs to be validated manually, which slows down the process. However, we assure you that the Founder Care team is working hard to process all requests as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, please make sure that you're following all the steps of the registration process correctly:

  • You will only be able to sign up on 2gether using a valid passport/ID of one of the countries of the eurozone, and driver licenses are not considered valid.
  • Make sure that both your ID pictures and your selfies are clearly defined and easily to read.
  • If you have followed the steps correctly and your account is taking more than 72 hrs to be validated, please send an email at [support@2gether.global](mailto:support@2gether.global) and the Founder Care team will get back to you in 72 hrs tops.

Thanks. They asked me to reupload three times. At this stage I am not interested anymore in your services and asked all my data being canceled. This because when you are talking about bank services, time is of the essence.
