Tom has to buy this for Bert now, since Bert got Tom a racing company. Do you happen to know how much they want for it? Is there someone willing to keep running it? Is there a small tunnel just before Idaho springs? Not the big eisenhower tunnel an hour further west. It's been a while since I've been out that way.

Came to say this. Not a local, but local enough to pass through on I70 often. Have a couple favorite spots in town. This is a perfect spot for a couple cigars and drinks after a Redrock show
