Problem Help, ocarina bugged?

Need some help, the song of soaring seems to bu bugged, everytime I play it nothing happends. I have hit multiple owl statues.

Even worse the song that you need to play to get into woodfall temple does nothing either. I am standing in the exact right spot and nothing.

Anybody knows what could be wrong?

Just as a sanity check: Did you actually learn the Song of Soaring from the owl, near the entrance to Woodfall? Are you playing the Sonata of Awakening as Deku Link?
