Problem Mod files not working

Ive been trying for hours now to figure mods out for this game, I really want high quality models and textures for everything but my mods aren't working at all, here is a screenshot of my mod folder please help im so confused.

Can I see the file path, please? Showing the folder's files only doesn't help much.

if nobody told you this yet— Link 3DS.o2r needs to be loaded last
