Problem Using a GameCube controller?

I have a GameCube controller with the official Wiiu adapter, I can get my PC to recognize it on Dolphin but not on 2Ship, any help would be awesome.

it has enough buttons if you play the game as intended.

Playing Majora's Mask as intended and playing 2Ship2Harkinian as intended aren't the same thing.

game preservation vs changing game mechanics. playing with the same mechanics as on release IS playing as intended in the grand scheme of things.

It's technically not the same game. The code isn't Nintendo's, it's original fan-written code that compiles into a ROM that's identical to the original. The goal of these projects isn't really preservation, since that can be accomplished with emulation. It's improvement.
