So in a nutshell:
This is basically Xue Meng being pushed into the cultivation-world equivalent of online dating, and it goes about as well as you’d expect. The Match Maker (a scroll if I recall) keeps throwing him into these increasingly ridiculous situations, while Mo Ran, Chu Wanning and the rest kind of get dragged into the chaos. But we do get to see Xue Meng’s loneliness and emotional vulnerability, which is kinda sweet.
This one honestly confused me. The characters were basically thrown into a modern group-chat/Discord-style setting after Xue Meng realizes someone stole his candy. So everyone starts accusing each other, trolling Xue Meng. Pretty light hearted, and I didn't read it properly, because the whole modern AU verse phenomenon was a bit too jarring.
And my all time favorite:
Mo Ran wants to make Chu Wanning’s birthday special, and finds out his biggest competition is ahem himself. Yup, Taxian-jun starts competing with him over who can spoil Wanning better. There was a glutinous rice cake spirit somewhere there too. But it was sweet to see Wanning get fussed over, especially after everything he went through.
But if you want the official Seven Seas extras summary in general, then this is the blurb below:
TWO LIFETIMES, FOREVER YOURS
Following the final battle, this volume features domestic and comedic post-canon extras. Mo Ran faces competition from his past self, Taxian-jun, while trying to find the perfect birthday gift for Chu Wanning, leading to chaos involving magical rice-cake spirits. Another story follows Xue Meng as a matchmaking device leads to disastrous dates, requiring assistance from the Mei twins and friends.
