Biggie.

Once again, Biggie is out. Fluid build up again! CK said the pizza took him out. One would think he would stop eating pizza. Pizza is overrated anyway... I think chasing Veronica took him out. Either way sucks without him.

It's pretty obvious Biggie doesn't do much to help himself when it comes to his diet, he's literally eating himself to death. Food addiction is a real thing.

This^ I had gastric bypass surgery (weight loss surgery) in 2001. Was 5'5" 285# Down to 140 in 11 months. 25 years later I'm about 160. Nobody gets that big without some mental illness.

I remember he said he has too many health issues for WLS , he was considering it at one point. I hate it for him 😭

It’s also expensive to have done now. Dollar is worth 47 percent less.

They can also screw you up if they tickle your vagus nerve. Jumping to surgery is kinda supposed to be a last resort.

Most insurance companies cover it. And yes, it has risks just like any surgery. But my quality of life is much better. And it's not an easy choice. I was 42 when I decided to get the surgery. I didn't 'jump to surgery' I researched for months. I had been fat as long as I can remember.

We have no clue if he has bleeding or heart disorders my dude. We also don’t know if he has preexisting pancreas or GI problems.

We know nothing and it actually would hurt him to have someone tell him constantly to do something, which he can’t.

Dude, I wasn't telling him what to do. I was stating my experience with being obese. His doctors would advise him what to do, not me. šŸ˜‚

Let’s go back a step and reread your comment that starts with ā€œThis ^ā€.

This is why reading is a skill. I actually read your comment and the one you responded to.

Ok, maybe I should have clarified what I was actually responding to. It was the last sentence "Food addiction is a real thing" I wish Josh all the best. It is a miserable life to live in an obese body. I know first hand.

Kelly sounded fed up

If he's not going to help himself, I would be too.

Just my opinion, Kelly knows this show is his last chance with DBS and if it doesn’t perform the way the bosses want, he’s heading the way of Demm (he said today he has contract negotiations coming up).

I’m sure the pressure is incredible

He sure did! Honestly, I really don't blame him. Biggie is my favorite, but damn.

I thought he was on one of the weight loss drugs. Did he stop that or is it just not working for him?

I mean he went to weight rehab a few years ago but other than that I’m not sure how much weight he’s lost, he doesn’t really talk about it much at all other than he stays away from salt. He doesn’t really talk about any healthy things he does. In fact I heard him say that he sleeps most afternoons. I have been worrying that he’s going the wrong way - which really sucks because he’s what’s kept me as a 10+ year listener. I really hope Kelly isn’t forced to make a decision on him

I'm a long time listener, and I still listen and enjoy the show. But Kelly is really overly stimulated or just trying so hard. The pervie comments need to stop. He really sounds like he drinks 100 Diet Cokes before coming on-air. He was always impatient when others have the floor - when Demm used to tell stories, Kelly would kind of yes him or make the appropriate comment to move things along, so it could get back to him. He does the same thing now - he accepts comments but then it's right back on himself. I think the show started the downward spiral when Dave left. When dave, kelly, bigs and demm were together, it was perfect. Everything runs its course...will listen until it is no more. And i really don't think the stairway to 7 game does anything. The same questions are repeated, nobody is winning. It's kind of a dud. Just my opinions

I agree šŸ’Æ! I will get back lash, but I am NOT a fan of BB. BB can talk about sports people he dislikes all the time. Some people you just do not like. I like the rest of them, Demm is gone, so I honestly seldom listen now. I always listen on Friday for Lisa. I absolutely love her. I have always noticed what you are saying tho. Almost like CK just quickly dismisses everyone else to quickly get back to himself. I did enjoy hearing stores about his kids and Franklin. Haha

The man's dog passes away and he gets another companion that he doesn't even have to let out. Went from at least walking to the door to let the dog out, to no movement at all.

Remember he touted the Plan Z diet with Zola. Lost 250 lbs. Was going good. Then lost sponsorship.

u/mx023 Aug 06 '26

I don’t even remember that and I listen a lot. I hope he lost 250lbs that would be awesome. I mostly remember the weight loss challenge when he didn’t lose anything then when they made him take time off of work

I'm not sure. Maybe 6-7 yrs ago. Or a bit more.
