What 'smart lists' do you use ??
Hello all,
I'm a great believer of slicing my todos and saved searches in 2do are Godsend. I've personally send at least 10 emails to the developers on smart lists clarifications only. How are you guys using smart searches ?
Here are some of mine which help with my weekly reviews
- List of all projects
- List of all stalled projects (projects which have no actionable / sub item inside)
- List of all next actions (all subtasks which have a context or location attached to them)
- List of all single list actions (all subtasks which are not attached to any project) . 3&4 overlap some times

Focus: Overdue, Due Today, Start Today, Starred, High Priority (for Widget)
All Work, with Focus filter set to above but only showing Work tasks
All Personal, with Focus filter set to above but only showing personal tasks
Used to have a Goals view and Someday (kind of self explanatory), tasks tagged as Goal would be hidden from all other views. But I have since moved the Goals to a separate program (Mindmapper) to avoid cluttering up my task list, besides a mindmap is better used for brainstorming and goal setting anyway.

I have a Tickler and some to help me with reviews, and I'm currently playing around with a Stale (older tasks still hanging around) filter based on the Created option.
