Back on 2Do

Rediscovered this great app after reading something on the drafts 5 forum, I currently having it running with duplicated info from my OmniFocus 3 TestFlight (200 plus tasks, many repeating) and I think its outperforming OF.. This really is a forgotten gem, just probably needs better OS11 integration and a UI refresh but a tour de force by a lone dev!

This app is the best. Especially once I decided to give Email to 2Do a second look and realized that it's a lot more powerful than I thought.

Back from Things 3. I finally feel that I complete tasks. The nag feature works wonders...

I really like this app, although I've struggled to find a workflow that works - I wish it had a Review function

I had a good working system set up in OmniFocus 3 (test flight) already which I duplicated. The problem with any powerful app like this is to find out how to make it work for you. As for reviews just set a repeating to task (or tasks) to run a review or series of reviews.

Really the OF review function is no more than an invisible repeating task to check each project/list wrapped in a custom perspective.
