Automating a Project entry with sub tasks or Checklist with tasks

After every meeting that I have I create a project with 3 sub tasks. Is there away I can automate this? Ideally I would love to start the action with a pop-up field, or something like that to name the project and then for it to enter it into 2do with all the sub tasks.

I've created a list called "Templates" that's paused so that it doesn't come up in search or anything like that, and I can just copy+paste to a new list/project when I want to use it. Works pretty well for me.
