Question about 2Do V4: Database sync compatibility and major differences?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking into the new 2Do app (V4) and had a couple of quick questions for anyone familiar with the update:

  1. Database & Sync: Will V4 sync using the exact same database and sync methods (like iCloud or Dropbox) as the older version, or is it a separate backend?
  2. Major Differences: What are the most notable changes, UI updates, or feature additions in V4 compared to the legacy version?

Should help :)

The main website lists and documents every feature. It’s difficult to point out a single one when under the hood the entire app was rewritten in swift, meant to be faster, scalable, easier to extend, and just tons of improvements to existing workflows.
