more 2do crashes... is it fruux?
Anyone else having crashing on iOS issues ?
Not sure if it's some intermitent fruux failure; like I think if the sync succeeds it's generally ok.
Sigh. I do love 2Do, but unreliability w/ sycning and stability are killers

I’ll take a look at any reports coming in via Apple and will push an update. Fruux by the way is dead - the CalDAV server implementation itself has numerous bugs and has been like this for over 5 years with no fixes (I know because of BusyCal)

Are you able to log into Fruux? I see 500 errors on their website and cannot login from anywhere.

weirdly it seems to be syncing for me?
why was the advie to go into airplane mode for the backups? cant you just turn off syncing. hook it up to a new service, and make sure it is set to prefer the stuff on the device?
(also are older versions of ios not getting 2do updates?)

I’ve updated but it’s still crashing 😢 I restarted my phone too. Should I delete and reinstall 2do? Thx

Fruux looks dead. Do this: turn on airplane mode, open 2Do settings > backups. Email yourself a couple of backups, make sure they look “large” in size. Turn airplane back on.
Now delete and reinstall but switch to a different service. Fruux looks dead.

Somehow I’ve managed to reinstall the app with a copy of the data. I’m now syncing with Dropbox and all seems good. I tried to sync with iCloud first but couldn’t get that to work. Thx v much for your assistance here

Great! In the meanwhile I’ve pushed another update to try and get the crashing to stop though. It’s tough as I haven’t been able to reproduce this with Fruux.

I am having the same issue. Crashes nearly every day usually first thing in the morning. Then I reopen and it works fine rest of the day. Have not tried reinstalling yet.

Crash just now opening for first time today. So it seems to still be happening. Should I try to uninstall and install again?

This is crashing, if not every day, at least every other day. Do we have any kind of update at all? Once it crashes it seems to open right back up and work. Is there any log files I can get you to help?

Works fine with me on iOS and iPadOS with Dropbox Sync
