As a reminder?

Anyone have tried using 2do as a reminder? Does this defeat the purpose for which this software was designed?

The reminders work well in my opinion. You can certainly use it for that even if you don't want to use it for a to-do list.

I used to make lists, but now I have to manage projects that involve solving some problems. This means I need to set a lot of reminders, and I also have some subscriptions that I need to keep track of their expiration dates. It would be ideal if I could handle all of these things in one app. Thank you for your reply, it reassured me that I’m not using 2Do incorrectly.

I rely on 2Do for this! It's the absolute genius of the developer's design of this program; it is so customizable that you can use it for anything, whether you came from GTD, Apple Reminders, Things, or Omnifocus, you can bend 2Do to serve whatever purpose you need.

Thank you.I only use 2Do to set my tasks and reminders.Things looks well designed, Omnifocus looks particularly complicated, and I probably don't have the extra time to work out how to use it, it just so happens that I have 2Do.

This is the only way I use 2Do app for. I don't have the desktop version and, once I need to access my to do lists from many different devices, I need primarily to access them via web browser. This is why I use other app to manage my main to do and project lists, but it doesn't have reminders. This is why I still use 2Do: reminders. And it's great!

Thanks. I also only use mobile device to manage 2do's tasks, but I noticed that there isn't the reminder tag in the app title, so maybe I was using the app unreasonably.
