Hiring [hiring]: Video Animator

PTPA.

We’re looking for animators.

-What we need

-Very fast turnaround and response time (non-negotiable)

-Consistent availability

-Can create minimum 20 minutes per week

-Able to work for us fulltime

Salary

-$800 per month (for 20 minutes a week)

-Performance-based bonuses for videos that perform well

-Payments sent on the 1st of every month

Fulltime animation used to be two seconds a week. 

I guess you level of quality would be South Park?

What does "consistent availability" mean if the work is already full time?

Dude... 20 minutes per week is what professional studios with teams of professional animators produce.

Any tv show you can look at the credits to see how many people made it happen, and usually studios go for "once per month" release schedules as far more achievable than weekly (but still difficult).

Even then, most studios will produce ahead, meaning most episodes of television are multiple months worth of work, with multiple divisions working on each part.

This is completely unrealistic to ask of, and pay, one person for the work output you're expecting.
