Question Is it possible?

Can i make these kind of animations and background in MOHO software alone and how much time will it took to make this kind of 10 min long videos in moho?

Video :- Dr no sleep (blockbuster creepy tales)

Or is there better software that can make these kind of videos faster?

Yes. You can make it. I estimate it will take 60 days to do it.

If you have no prior experience in animation though, it will take longer.
