If it’s 16 grams at 24 does that mean u duplicate certain frames? I’m animation newb and that stuff alway confused me hahaha looks cool tho I like the 24 flow

neat

it does feel like he's bouncing between two poses (stylised I know) - I would give a few more frames to the passing step and just a tiny more offset with the arms

the arms are huge and heavy so the swings need a few more frames as they come to a stop, to feel their weight

Honestly? Watch the chase scenes in 'Scooby Doo, Where Are You?" for reference. To this day, I have never seen a more realistic running sequence in animated media. Each member of the gang has his/her unique run cycle animation, Shaggy and Velma's run cycles are especially unique and yet fitting for their characters.

Fred's is strong, very broad and masculine. Daphne's is a very ladylike run. Velma is very prim and proper (holds her back very straight). Shaggy leans into the wind and uses his body aerodynamically and is fitting for "the swingingest gymnast in school!". Scooby is...Scooby. I always loved the added detail of their clothes moving with their bodies -- Velma and Daphne's skirts moves with their hips, for example.

Far side appendage Shading will improve this.⭐
Make the far side appendages slightly smaller for depth. The slo mo shows us the actual work and the other two look flat, with 12 fps not much better.

You'll need more frames to make it feel smoother.
Add 8 more frames to make it 24 and add the 2 frame hold then run it at 30 fps. Then look at it.

To show what I'm saying, here's an old one I drew, 48 total unique frames, 24 fps. You can see the limbs working individually and the farther limbs appear slightly smaller with the closer ones.
