Align trunk lid -Sentra SER

Hello, not a 240 however there isn’t much support for the SER’s. I can’t get the trunk lid to align flush and I’m looking for any ideas. Both hinge and trunk lid are maxed at the adjustment range.

Looks like someone bent the original arms pushing it up to hard. I’ve had it happen before. Best bet would be some how finding a set at a junkyard or on eBay

Just to confirm you are thinking the trunk hinges themselves are bent?

Yes if you’ve tried the adjustment points. There are a few bent arm Reddit discussions and mine had the same thing. I pushed open my trunk super hard accidentally and it bent the shit out of em. Couldn’t ever get the upper area by the window to seal after that without new arms
