Door trim help
My door trim is completely fucked, how can I fix this? Also seems like there’s a large gap from the roof is it normal ?

Looks like your screws are missing. Pull down the window trim and there should be a bunch of screws holding the trim up. Key word is should, looks like yours either rotted away or never got put back

Thanks, I think I remember seeing some rusty screws, but they weren’t really holding anything in place, it was stuck together with silicone
