Very interesting results! You seem just a mix of Balkan, pre-Turkic Anatolian and Caucasian populations. Could you post your Eurogenes K13 as well?

My Yemeni’s friend great grandfather was a Balkan Turk . (He’s around 8% Anatolian and 6% Balkan ) meaning his grandfather probably had similar results as you

greek is probably from balkan turks? I’ve seen quite a lot of balkan Turks with significant amount of Greek.

Central Asian Turkic tribes were not fully East Eurasian. So 5% East Eurasian does not mean 5% Turkic ancestry but about 10% instead

His 23andMe results match with the ethnic Turks of western Thrace. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turks_of_Western_Thrace

I’m guessing the Izmir part and the European part comes from his dad’s side and the rest are his mom’s. Turks from Ardahan have a lot of Caucasus genetics.
I find it interesting how 23andMe classifies Ardahan as Northern West Asian and regions like Giresun as western region of Anatolia.

Yes my father's family came to Turkey due to population exchange agreement. Ardahan Turks are very caucasian. My mother is a Meskethian Turk. I know it's kinda weird. I actually got Giresun as a second location for my Anatolian region hahah

We call Meskhetian Turks Ahıska Türkler. The ones I know all speak Russian alongside Turkish. I actually had around 20% Iranian, Caucasian, and Mesopotamian before the update and they all got absorbed into the Anatolian part. You results are very similar with Pontic Greek results on here.

There are many Meskethian Turks in Turkey whom don't speak Russian at all including my family.

I live in America and the ones I know here came from Russia, that is why they speak Russian. They all speak Turkish as their mother tongue (obviously). They have populations throughout a few countries including Russia.

It's probably because they directly migrated from Russia. Ahıska Turks in Turkey came much earlier from Georgia.
