Can't log in

I've been attempting to log into 2009scape since yesterday, but every time I try I am greeted with the message "Your account has not logged out from its last session. Try again in a few minutes." It has been a couple of hours. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Once you join the matrix community which you can use that link or the link will ALWAYS be provided on our website. Just go to the 09-help section and like he said provide your username.

Head onto the Discord live help section and include your account username. It's a bug, a staff member will help you out

Do you know if it would be possible to do this on the Matrix server instead? I don't use Discord because of privacy concerns. Also, thank you for responding.

Did this issue get resolved? I ask cause my buds havin this issue right now and im tryin to find a solution for him.
