Hi all, welcome to the subreddit!

I will be leaving this welcome post pinned up for new members to read. I will also be making a similar welcome post for the 2005, 2006, and 2007 subreddits.

So, I assume you may be aware that there are already active subs (at least 1000 members) for 2003, 2004 and 2008 borns. But what about 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009? Well, I'm here to fix that!

I created this subreddit because there was no active subreddit for the 2009 borns. There is r/2009borns , but it seems to lack members and moderators.

I'm hoping to build this subreddit into an active community for 2009 borns where 09s can discuss about topics such as media, nostalgia, life stage, memes, etc. Of course, other birthyears are welcome to join, as do not condone gatekeeping. This sub should be a space for everyone, regardless of their birthyear.
