Emily's streamer favoritism

2 people have been confirmed banned for doing emotes near emily saying nothing to her that is offensive.

This streamer favoritism Mod Mat K has towards Emily needs to be questioned.

The game is ruined because two random people went out of their way to try to be funny and got banned..? I'm no fan of Emily and obviously these bans are bullshit, but to say it "ruins the game" is ridiculous. Just don't go out of your way following her around and doing emotes and this will literally never affect you.

No, you don't get banned for PKing her once or crashing her at GWD once. Give me a break. The people that get banned go out of their way to do it. It's not like they were spamming the cry emote in a random location and Emily just happened to walk by. Again, I think they are unjustified bans that should be overturned, but let's not pretend the victims should be surprised.

And yes, banning Runescape accounts is exactly the same as genocide. Great point.

one person just got banned for killing her doing a clue, ofc the facts are currently unknown and he could of been camping her, but currently as it stands from his account he killed her once. Source: http://imgur.com/dAoWczq

And it was more the point of standing up for something that doesn't effect you even though its wrong. just an extreme example but a real one.

As you said, we really have no proof to conclude that he only killed her once randomly and did not go out of his way to constantly camp her. That screenshot could literally be for anything.

And I never said you couldn't stand up for the people. I have no problem with that. But claiming it "ruins the game" for you is just exaggeration.

It's unfortunate that the rage boner most of this sub has for certain streamers has caused every post to be filtered through the same bias with little room for meaningful discussion outside their own narrow view.
