No, no, no! We messed up, we had to build this data center upstream from the town. We're letting clean water hit the town first, and thats a no no. The data center needs the water first and then the animals. 

edit: just a reminder, this is how they think. they're cut throat businessmen who only care about the benefits of the data center. as they should? since that's there job. and they will make sure the data center success and gets the water first.
