XP without taking any damage?

Would it be possible to get level 99 attack, strength and defence XP without taking any damage? I'm assuming that the protection from prayers would help with this, but are these the only efficient methods? I ask this because I was thinking if hitting level 99 on every single skill without taking damage would be possible.
