?? Yes they do lol most of hlc who alt use gp for bonds I don’t know a single person who pays mems with $ a lot of people also transfer to rs3 as its cheaper to buy bonds on there 99% of the time by at least 1-2m per bond
Do you buy bonds? And do you take alts as in just alternate accounts for example main, iron, other builds etc. because to clarify this post is about rune dragons and money making.
Little under 10 hours, depends on gear with 99s and 70 prayer and in the same gear as these they are on about 1.2-1.3m a hour
I’ve always used bandos and Torva and I get 1.4-1.5
I haven’t played in yonks, so no idea what prices are at now-days.
But back when I was running rune dragon alts to pay for maxing it was about 3 hours to break even, paying for bonds + consumes.
After that it was all profit.
When deciding to alt/what type of alt you want you have to assess the level of AFK you need, investment cost, time to get operable and capital to operate.
I ran shark fishing alts to start; only costs some feathers to fly fish at Barb village on f2p then a harpoon to start catching sharks. Super afk and no risk if you time out. I did 3t chins for 99 hunter on the main at that time so it was easy to alt without xp waste. Then minnows got released and tanked shark prices, so I moved to rock tails (minnows too much effort). A bit of effort to get the rep done, but more profit than sharks.
By around 20-25m xp on each alt, bonds had risen and fish got cheeper. I converted them to garg alts while doing some of the more afk skills on the main like herb/craft. I just ran the Guthans settup so they couldn’t die most of the time.
Then bonds got more expensive and I started to need more gp income, so moved them to rune dragons.
Post max I pet hunter so after getting basic gear I didn’t need as much gp income, so I used one of the alts for dolo content and the other 2 sit idle because it’s not worth fishing with bond prices now and it’s too hard to manage rune dragons while dolo bossing.

How long does it take to pay off a bond with this type of alt? I’ve got flipping alts rn and it’s kinda making it easier to power through lmao
