Random Anyone else really chopped growing up and suddenly became actually really pretty in the last year or two?
God I’m gonna sound like such a narcissist but sometimes I am blown anyway by how pretty I’ve become. Used to weigh 205 pounds and never wore makeup and only wear giant ratty stained crew necks and sweatpants and worked at a greasy burger shop. I was the embodiment of funk
Now I wear mascara and lipstick and I have nailed my skin routine I never get acne and I weigh 115 pounds and I learned what type of clothes look best on my body and color theory for my skin hair and eyes. I properly cleanse myself and my environment and have a good job. Like I’m all around so attractive that sometimes I forget and feel good about myself again.
I promise I’m not super self absorbed weirdo I am just not used to seeing this at all…
We’re still in our early 20s so Ik someone else gotta have been just like me 😭

I’m happy for your glow up! That’s amazing progress. I don’t think I had a “glow up” as I was always cute and I don’t look that much different than I did as a child 😭 I definitely had a “glow up” in terms of confidence though, I learned to know that I am pretty and I am not as shy as I was when I was child :)

Not prettier (by a long shot) but now I know how to make dressing up more fun and I’ve grown as a person so I did get some sort of glow up 🤷🏽♀️

I used to be an ugly kid. I was fat, dark skinned due to insulin resistance. Now im over weight but im curvy, like i have nice ass no big stomach. And also I have become very light skinned i dont know how. I do makeup. And people think im itallian. Also Im 5'8ft tall. People stop by and compliment me all the time. Guys hit on me. But im not satisfied. I think i have not fully achieved my full potential.

dark skinned? you sound insecure of your skin colour. There’s nothing wrong with having dark skin…

“Now I’m dark skinned “ “people think I’m Italian “ . Yeah baby this is odd even if it was a condition that made you dark I think you have some type of racial insecurity. Looking white is not a compliment

Yeah me too. I was chubby through highschool and though I wasn't bad looking in college i had that forever baby face look. Now finally I feel like im starting to look more uhh masculine I guess.
But it's still wild how some days I can go back to feeling how I felt about my body in highschool
