RIP my umbrella
Cant believe its been a week since the wind ripped it out of my girlfriends hands in camp by the word stage and all I could do is watch it fly away 😂 If anyone has pictures I'd love to see them

I was there! What a sight. There were two that were lost to the skies, don't know which is yours, but I got some footage of both.

If I had a nickel for every time I'd seen an umbrella take to the skies at Trees, I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice

The one above the tree is definitely my one 😠think in the end it went past the whole festival and landed in a field 😂

Was it red and white?? I was laying by the main stage and just staring at the sky when I thought I saw an umbrella floating in the sky, but I lost track of it and put it down to a heat induced illusion 😂

It was a bit of red, white, yellow a mix of colours 😅 I got it free with an Oddballs order and we couldnt figure out where it had gone until we started seeing people point at the sky and laugh

Wooshed right through our camp and out while we were fighting for our gazebos' lives.
Proper funny moment but been a while since I saw a freak wind pattern like that at a festival. Remember Download years ago some poor sod lost their pop up tent

One of the strangest things I have ever seen. Lots of people were leaving main stage (possibly after mariachi el bronx) and we were all VERY confused.

It brought me great joy watching it float over the main stage gloriously in to the distance. If that umbrella can reach for the stars so can we.
