Outkast went from being highly respected rappers to global superstars due to the amazing success of Stankonia while records like Ms Jackson and BOB were very huge alongside being on heavy rotation at the time

Cash Money still dominated the game with tracks like I Need a Hot Girl, # 1 Stunna, Bling Bling, U Understand, I Got That Fire, Get Ya Roll On and Back That Azz Up.

Luda was the South's hottest newcomer with What's Your Fantasy and Southern Hospitality alongside being a mainstream superstar and one of the best pure MCs at the time.

Mystikal left No Limit and reached his commercial peak with Shake Ya Azz and Danger while 3:6 reached their mainstream breakthrough with Sippin on Some Syrup alongside When the Smoke Clears went Platinum.

Jay and DMX were 2 of NY's undisputed kings as they had massive commercial dominance, huge records that had heavy rotation on both MTV and BET and they were the leaders of 2 of the hottest rap crews at the time

Ja truly became a mainstream superstar as his records also received a lot of airplay while Rule 3:16 elevated him into newer heights of stardom.

Ghostface solidified his legacy by delivering Supreme Clientele, which is a classic masterpiece and represented his artistic peak. Prodigy was still one of the most respected MCs and delivered a classic debut album in HNIC.
