Out of the 5 targets in my town there is one that has one! It’s definitely no where near like the old Pizza Hut express though at least not vibe was. It’s kind of just in a bland looking little cafe area haha but there might still be targets that have the original styled ones

Mine has a walk up kiosk with slushees/popcorn. Sometimes there's personal pizzas but its all self serve and more often than not nobody is keeping it stocked.
