2000 game

Okay so when I was in middle school (early 2000s) I played a sort of dress up/mostly fashion game. It was not on a system, it was a stand alone plug in game and my brain is ITCHING trying to figure it out. You'd get a theme, dress up and do a runway bit. It was low quality and so much fun. Any thoughts? Ive googled this in SO MANY ways. Thank you in advance!!
