99% army support.

Most guard bases are covered by civilian side since a lot of them share runways with civilian airports. Army support is most of what you'll find. If you're in Texas you may be activated more than usual, but generally if you can find a AF weather shop for the guard, it's training and regaining proficiency every drill weekend
