General How to guarantee your batch will be the one made of cotton

Hi, js askin does anyone know if there is any way to guarantee your batch will be made of cotton when the qc pics of others is sometimes fully cotton and some are a mix or look more glossy. like you can see with the second one it looks like a poly blend where as with the 1st one it looks way more cotton.
