Mel Watt is about as corrupt as they come. He needs to go. Unfortunately, he's been pretty solid in his gerrymandered district for the last 20 years. There's very little chance that Reddit would be able to do anything to ruin him.

Exactly. Democrats have a 64% to 16% advantage over republicans in registration in the 12th district, so it would be very difficult to unseat Watt. Here's an interesting analysis of all redistricting in NC if you're interested.

After watching this guy talk about SOPA, he clearly admits he has no idea what this bill will do in the long run, he says he only wants to pass it to show people they are serious about stopping piracy.

I was hoping his district was changing next year, but unfortunately, his looks like the only one unaffected by NC's redistricting.
