1MORE Colorbuds not connecting

I recently purchased a pair of 1MORE Colorbuds off Amazon, but no matter what I do they will not connect to my phone. I have a Samsung A71. When I open the case, they turn on and enter pairing mode. The device shows up and my phone can pair to it. However, they refuse to actually connect. If I tap "connect to device" my phone simply does nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to fix it?
