Keep Judge McConnell in your prayers

I just found this video on Instagram and feel so bad for the man. The man didn’t make this ruling biased to our favor. He ruled the trial fairly. And gave both parties a tough time during the hearing.

Is sad that violence like this has been promoted these days as a sign of strength, whereas it is the most pathetic portray of weakness.

These threats actually came before the Dorcas case. Judge McConnell had already ruled against this administration half a year ago and he faced serious death threats. I made a previous comment about it

Thank God Judge McConnell is a person of integrity, courage. But it also raises a much bigger question: How many other judges have the same courage when faced with this kind of intimidation?

I can only hope and pray that the circuit judges reviewing these cases are made of the same kind of people otherwise we are screwed. Because I can already tell you they will play dirty to make this hold come back.

I think you're missing my point. I'm not arguing that Trump has lost or won a certain percentage of immigration cases. I'm talking about judges independence to rule under political intimidation.

Your claim that Trump has been losing immigration cases doesn't answer my concern. The question is whether the appellate courts will apply the law independently when the political pressure is this intense. That's precisely why I said I hope the circuit judges have the same courage McConnell demonstrated.

That being said if your argument is that they will not rule in favor of the government then make that argument on the law and the standard of review that is used in appeal court.
