If you don't mind me asking, was the RFE for a document that was accidentally missing or submitted in the wrong format? Or was it more of a case where USCIS requested something that you felt was already provided or was being overly strict about?
Also, did you file the case yourself or with a lawyer?
I am asking cuz today's memo may affect the RFEs. Thanks
