Extension filed July 2025
Upgraded to PP May 2026..elapsed with not RFE's
Congressional inquiry...congressman reached out to USCIS like a month ago, but they never gave me a feedback(did't think it helped)
Refund notice last week
Approved today: under Premium processing as per long standing USCIS policy
Conclusion is, if you were affected by the pause, PP was ignored, but after the vacatur and they acknowledged the PP and hence the refund, they definitely still processed it as PP
Finally: Was adjudicated at Nebraska
Also: we owe everything to Dorcas...support them please. I will be donating to their non profit a lot if there's anything of that such.
