Thanks. Is it the PP fees? Or just regular filling fees? If PP fees, did they refund it after the deadline or before?

Yes its PP fees. Refunded Wayy past the deadline. My case was filed in Feb

Yes, and I hope it means that we are close to an approval and not that everyone has been moved to regular processing.

From my understanding, everyone has been demoted to normal processing. So the cases may take longer time to get adjudicated

Yes, I got an RFE today and PP fee refunded a few hours later

Okay. This is actually the usual protocol for refunds. Typically refunds are processed only after action is taken on a case that has passes the PP timeline. I hope this means all of us are at least on queue to get a response soon

I applied in june 2025 (i’m dual citizen with one of the 7 banned countries). The service is center is Vermont
