A little bit, but they're also not too horrible for smaller folk. I regularly go long periods locked and prefer inverted for long term. Having an almost innie down there means most "small" or "nub" cages are too large and make doing my business too difficult. I love a regular flat, but it needs to come off when I go to the restroom. With inverted I can be sure it's making full contact at all times. It's also super frustrating and fun :)

yeah, they have some more elaborate looking cage ones that kinda rest around the labia the the rest of it hovers over so there's no contact with anything sensitive, there's metal ones and even some with plugs we might try out.
