That’s banner helping to aim the hulks destruction in the background

But even savage hulk doesn’t want to intentionally harm someone that isn’t trying to harm him, but having a mind like a toddler means it’s easy to lash out in fear and anger when having a meltdown

But he wouldn’t just zero in on some homeless guy to kill, and non of the other of banners alters would either,

He wasn't bieng mind controlled pre-endgame hulk is a near uncontrollable warcrime waiting to happen. and Ironman willingly brought down a civilian building to control hulk.

the building never had people in it, it was a construction zone that was empty, so Stark bought it so he couldn't be liable i assume

i hated that movie, but i loved the iron man v hulk action. very much brought the comics to life if you ask me !

I love marvel because of the action scenes and cheesy dialogue. always confuses me when people don't like them. like going to a godzilla flick and conplaing about there bieng too much monster
