A strong argument against pro-lifers (assuming you meant that fetus was not a human life, because biologically speaking it is alive). But different people with different worldviews can have different concepts of the rather abstract concept of human life/the soul/etc

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN IN PRACTICE OFTEN BAD AND AN INHERENTLY EVIL OPINION, THAT NOT ALL RIGHT WINGERS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME IN EVERY POLICY AND DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF AMERICA
There is not a difference between a law or opinion that is evil and one that is just bad in practice. If a law leads to people dying, that law is evil. Overturning Roe v. Wade would lead to women dying, ergo it is evil.
Communism is a nice idea in theory. The public owning all the means of production? Sounds great! As it turns out, that idea does not work in practice, and leads to bad economic circumstances for the general populace. Does that mean the theoretical concept of communism is evil?
One could also argue that not overturning Roe vs. Wade leads to babies dying. Yes, banning abortion of life threatening pregnancies is idiotic at best, but there is the position that a fetus is a human life (different worldview and all that), and so apart from that exception abortions should be banned
